1.- Comprises a total surface area of 5,204 m2. The smaller of the two plots measures 437 square metres and contains the old listed and partially ruined building named "Masía de la Foya", which has been earmarked for renovation and commercial use, preferably a restaurant and or the centralized security area.
2.-The other 4.767 m2 plot will be split into two separate plots in accordance with its intended purpose.
1) Sixty percent of the surface can be allocated for a sheltered accommodation or for tourist accommodation.
2) Business area, including shops and offices, will take up at least 40% of the available ground space, in terms of net space ratio, which is 0.6723 m2 per square meter of ground surface. This means that there will be 3,499 m2 of available space in a three-story building (at the most). The height of the overhang will be 9 metres, while the overall height shall not exceed 12.50 metres
